A valuable lab specimen is stolen by serial pet thief, Abdul Hakim. Not only are Spike and Jet after Hakim, research scientists also chase Hakim to retrieve their precious lab animal. Spike discovers the animal, which appears to be a Welsh Corgi puppy. After a brief encounter with Hakim, Spike gets the mutt.

EYECATCH

     Walking the dog, Spike manages to lose him to Hakim. A second intense chase begins and at the end, the dog comes tumbling out of Hakim's possession.  Spike rescues him, and misses his chance to claim Hakim's bounty. At the same time, Hakim and the scientists conveniently fall into a police station. Hakim is arrested along with the research scientists who turn out to have done illegal research.
