Spike runs into a bizarre lunatic one night who appears to be a sadistic killing machine. He barely escapes, badly injured. Jet discovers that the killer, known as Mad Pierrot (or Tongpu), has been hunting down and brutally murdering top ISSP members. The few that escape are eventually eliminated by the killing machine.

EYECATCH

     Ed receives an e-mail, an invitation for Spike to go to a theme park on Mars. Spike goes there and meets the psycho. Jet guides Ed to a secret section of the ISSP main computer to learn more about Pierrot. He turns out to be an experimental assassin created by the ISSP that was abandoned but he managed to escape. His mind continues to reduce to that of a child's. Spike manages to survive his assault and kill him with a brief surprise attack. When given the chance, Spike refuses to hear the sad details of Tongpu's past.
